Senior Specialist Fire & Rescue Operations

• Deliver the review and develop recommendations and business case solutions for Review Steering Committee endorsement.
• Conduct a situational analysis of the current state of the Company Fire & Rescue Services including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Identify the gaps and the areas for improvement in the Company Fire & Rescue Services, including its structure, governance, operations, performance, capabilities, resources, and future challenges.
• Support the development of the vision and strategy for the future state of the Company Fire & Rescue Services, including its centralization, unification, modernization, and optimization.
• Support the development of a fit for purpose unified organizational structure for the Company Fire & Rescue Services, including the roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines of the key positions.
• Support the development of a change management strategy / process and the stakeholder engagement for the successful execution of the review recommendations.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to the review manager.
