between the Document Control team, project leadership, and other functions.What You'll Be Doing:Identify and recommend improvements to project-specific DC processes.Conduct quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.Ensure closure of outstanding and overdue documentation.Support lessons learned and close-out reviews by ensuring proper
documentation archiving and retrieval.Prepare document control reports, KPIs, and dashboards for submission to the project’s DC Manager.Track and monitor document turnaround performance, overdue actions, and team workload.Highlight recurring issues or process gaps and recommend corrective measures.Provide input for management reports, presentations, and performance reviews.Act as the key DC liaison with engineering, construction, quality, contracts, and IT teams to ensure documentation supports project deliverables.Coordinate with project controls to align DC outputs with schedules, reporting, and risk management.Support the project’s DC Manager in preparing project mobilization packs, and client presentations.Ensure smooth coordination with external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and client representatives.Supervise the receipt, registration, distribution, and archiving of project documents.Ensure the effective use of EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, client-specific systems).Monitor and validate DC registers, trackers, and workflows.Support the final handover of documentation packages in line with client requirements.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Degree holder and typically 8 years experience minimum of relevant work experience including 8+ years of prior document control experience.Strong knowledge of EDMS platforms (Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise, or client systems).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.Ability to manage sensitive data and permissions in line with security and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to prepare for and support audits, reviews, and client inspections.Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.Team player with a proactive attitude towards continual improvement and knowledge sharing.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and support project deadlines.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
