- Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and employee orientation programs
- Maintain and update accurate HR records and employee documentation
- Support visa processing, renewals, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Coordinate staff attendance, scheduling, and internal training programs
- Assist in payroll preparation and generate HR-related reports
- Contribute to employee relations and support HR initiatives across multiple branches
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in education or nursery settings
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and ADEK requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
