Job Title: HR & Admin CoordinatorJob Summary:The HR & Admin Coordinator supports the Human Resources and Administration functions by handling day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth office administration.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Duties:
  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Track attendance, leave records, and employee data
  • Assist in payroll coordination and documentation
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance appraisal and training activities
Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain office facilities and ensure a clean, organized workplace
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws (basic level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HR software or ERP systems
  • Familiarity with payroll processes
  • Experience in office administration
