- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Assist in payroll coordination and documentation
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance appraisal and training activities
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain office facilities and ensure a clean, organized workplace
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws (basic level)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR software or ERP systems
- Familiarity with payroll processes
- Experience in office administration
