Job Details:Job Title- Senior Manager – Banking Assistance ServicesLocation - Abu DhabiExperience- 8–10 years (UAE Banking experience mandatory)Base Salary: AED 16,000 – 18,000 per monthJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Banking Professional to head our Banking Assistance Services function. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned banker from UAE banks with a strong network of SME clients and deep expertise in business banking, lending solutions, and financial structuring.The role involves advising existing and prospective clients on optimizing interest costs, structuring loans and credit facilities, and securing new banking relationships and facilities through strong market connections.Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Banking Assistance Services vertical for SME and corporate clients.
  • Advise clients on banking solutions including loans, overdrafts, trade finance, and credit facilities.
  • Guide clients to optimize interest costs and improve loan/facility structures.
  • Assist clients in obtaining new banking facilities and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Leverage an extensive network of UAE banks and SME relationships to support client requirements.
  • Act as a trusted banking advisor to clients, understanding their financial needs and growth plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on UAE banking regulations, products, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of experience with UAE banks (mandatory)
  • Strong background in SME banking, corporate banking, or business lending.
  • Proven track record in handling loan structuring, credit facilities, and interest optimization.
  • Extensive network of SME clients and banking contacts across Dubai/UAE.
  • Excellent client advisory, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of UAE banking policies and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and lead client-facing engagements
