This role serves as the primary contact point for customers within the branch, ensuring smooth service delivery and accurate transaction handling. It supports both operational efficiency and revenue growth by combining customer service excellence with sales support responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service by handling queries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Process account openings, product onboarding, and service transactions with accuracy and compliance
- Promote and cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, and deposit solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services
- Generate leads through walk-in customers, referrals, and direct engagement
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests within defined service level agreements
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support
- Educate customers on digital banking channels and self-service options
- Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain operational discipline including secure document handling and audit readiness
- High school diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in banking customer service or sales roles
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services
- Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and confidence
