It supports both operational efficiency and revenue growth by combining customer service excellence with sales support responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by handling queries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Process account openings, product onboarding, and service transactions with accuracy and compliance
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, and deposit solutions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services
  • Generate leads through walk-in customers, referrals, and direct engagement
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests within defined service level agreements
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support
  • Educate customers on digital banking channels and self-service options
  • Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Maintain operational discipline including secure document handling and audit readiness
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in banking customer service or sales roles
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products and services
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and confidence
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
