Job Description:Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a premier security surveillance technology and service provider in the UAE. We're seeking a dynamic Channel Account Manager. This role is pivotal in driving sustained financial growth through superior sales performance and building strong alliances with Channel Partners.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough regional market analyses across various product and solution categories.- Synthesize market demand, current company offerings, and capabilities into an effective sales strategy.- Establish and nurture novel channel partnerships, overseeing the onboarding process.- Elevate existing partner relationships, encompassing contract negotiation and monthly follow-ups to ensure contractual objectives are met.- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, prognosticate monthly sales figures, and pinpoint emerging business prospects.- Engage with diverse dealers, meticulously analyzing each purchased product model to optimize portfolios and bolster business and profitability.- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, whether commercial or technical, collaborating with relevant departments or external entities for swift resolution.- Remain current with industry trends and competitor activities.- Formulate and implement routine training regimens for partners and their clientele.- Furnish comprehensive weekly and monthly sales KPI reports and meeting summaries.- Skillfully oversee transactions with direct customers, ensuring streamlined ordering and delivery processes.- Pursue sales and revenue targets as outlined by the Channel Sales Director or Country Manager.- Assume additional responsibilities and undertake projects as assigned by the Line Manager.- Stay well-informed through continuous learning, engaging in educational opportunities, and staying connected to industry publications and networks for the latest technological advancements.Requirements- Experience in a sales driven position in IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and familiarity with the channel market;- Need a solid network within the Local Channel network;- Should have strong sales skills, the ability to listen and to tailor make presentations to meet customer needs;- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;- Persistent and pro-active;- Responsible and able to drive the business independently;- Able to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time sensitive environment;-Competitive to achieve his targets and efficient in achieving his targets;- Strong public speaking, multi-tasking and time management skills;- Fluent Chinese Speaker- Valid Driving License.BenefitsOffering a competitive salary package with additional benefits.
