  • Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of UAE construction experience building infrastructure
  • MEP Strong knowledge of pricing methodologies and cost estimation
  • Proficient in QS software and MS Office
  • Familiarity with FIDIC and UAE Civil Code
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Must be available to join immediately
