Quantity Surveyor Infrastructure Projects Dubai UAE Civil Engineering hiring role responsible for managing project costs, handling contract administration, and ensuring accurate valuation of works for Parsons Corporation projects. This role supports financial efficiency, contract compliance, and successful delivery of infrastructure developments.What You'll Do
- Measure and price works based on drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities
- Manage post-contract activities including interim and final payments
- Handle variations, claims, and contractual correspondence
- Advise on contractual matters and ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Review contractor resource allocation and cost implications
- Audit contractor payments and verify submitted valuations
- Record and validate quantities of completed work
- Prepare variation orders and day-work assessments
- Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts
- Maintain expenditure and financial tracking records
- Negotiate and settle contractor claims
- Coordinate team activities related to cost and contract management
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract administration
- Ability to interpret drawings and contract documents
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Work with Parsons Corporation on major infrastructure developments in Dubai
