Job Description:BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are hiring an experienced Bobst 160 Operator with strong expertise in flat die cutting operations within a high-volume box plant.Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain Bobst Flat Die machines efficiently- Perform flat die preparation, setting, alignment, and repairs- Ensure quality compliance during die cutting operations- Lead and supervise machine crew to achieve production targets- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime- Implement autonomous and preventive maintenance practices- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams- Work with pre-feeders, palletizers, and automatic strapping systems when requiredRequirements- 5+ years of experience operating Bobst Flat Die machines or similar- Strong technical knowledge of flat die preparation and troubleshooting- Proven leadership experience managing machine operators/helpers- Understanding of autonomous and preventive maintenance processes- Computer literacy; experience with shopfloor ERP systems is an advantage- Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related fieldBenefits- Salary Plus Benefits
