The role plays a key part in achieving sales targets while ensuring customers receive accurate product advice and a smooth shopping journey.Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Operate POS systems accurately and ensure all transactions are processed correctly
- Use product knowledge to recommend suitable items and increase add-on sales
- Support stock receiving, shelving, and inventory management processes
- Ensure correct pricing and labeling to maintain accuracy and avoid discrepancies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to present products effectively
- Keep store areas clean, organized, and aligned with brand presentation guidelines
- Participate in stock takes, store events, and product launches as required
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Secondary school education or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
