- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve output

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across site operations
- Manage shift operations including workforce planning and issue resolution
- Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance across all processes
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or team management
- Experience handling performance metrics and process improvements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and night schedules
- Strong leadership presence with ability to manage large teams
- Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
