- You'll manage budgets, purchasing, invoices, and supplier coordination while ensuring accurate financial tracking and expenditure control.
- You'll oversee the VP AOCC's diary, meetings, events, correspondence, internal communications, and follow-ups on actions with senior management.
- You'll implement and maintain administrative systems, prepare key documentation (reports, presentations, policies, project materials), and keep personnel and organizational records up to date.
- You'll ensure smooth office and facilities operations across T1 and AOCC, including maintenance, inventory, access control, inductions, health & safety compliance, and equipment procurement.
- You'll support strategic programmes and operational projects, track metrics and reporting, provide ad hoc support during disruptions, and continuously enhance processes in line with industry best practices.
- You will be educated to a bachelor's degree level specialized in Business Administration or a related field.
- You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role.
- You will communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- You will apply high proficiency in the MS Office suite to manage reporting, documentation, and analysis.
