- Review and approve contractor materials and construction methods in line with project specifications
- Maintain detailed daily logs including material engineer reports and site records
- Oversee contractor operations ensuring compliance with approved standards and procedures
- Conduct inspections at supplier plants and manufacturing facilities when required
- Follow up on testing processes and approvals from relevant authorities
- Review contractor testing requests and validate completed reports
- Approve contractor submissions as delegated by the Resident Engineer
- Monitor material delivery performance and ensure correct materials are used on site
- Coordinate with contractor teams on scheduling, sequencing, and execution methods
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and approved work programs
- Perform continuous site inspections and coordinate with engineering and supervision teams
- Prepare technical reports and provide updates on contractual and procedural matters
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of Dubai infrastructure standards and existing networks
- Extensive experience in quality inspections and ISO9000 systems
- Must hold Dubai Central Laboratory approval
- Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex site activities and multiple stakeholders
- Work on major roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai UAE
