- Deliver cost management services across all project phases and multiple sectors
- Lead assigned cost management disciplines using advanced technical expertise to support project decisions
- Prepare feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection
- Apply value management techniques to improve cost efficiency and project outcomes
- Manage estimating and cost planning activities and present final cost plans to stakeholders
- Oversee preparation and execution of contract documentation in line with governance requirements
- Maintain effective cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly cost reporting
- Evaluate contractor claims, assess design change impacts, and manage commercial risk
- Mentor and support cost consultants, contributing to team development and capability growth
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent discipline
- Professional membership such as MRICS or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Essential experience working in the Middle East on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects
- Strong understanding of procurement strategies, contract administration, and cost control
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex commercial information
- Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills
