You will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while building structured systems that support sustainable growth.Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring performance, accountability, and cohesion
Establish and enforce clear financial processes and internal controls
Oversee daily financial transactions, approvals, and payments in line with company policy
Prepare and present detailed financial and annual reports to senior management (CEO/MD)
Manage relationships with UAE banks, including documentation for loans and financial facilities
Implement and optimize accounting systems and financial technologies
Ensure all financial records are organized, audit-ready, and fully compliant
Provide strategic financial insights and recommend cost optimization initiatives
Serve as the main point of contact for all accounting-related matters
