Job description.A leading strategic communications and reporting advisory firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Reporting Director to join its growing regional practice.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced reporting specialist with deep expertise in annual and sustainability reporting, governance frameworks, and regulatory disclosure requirements across regional and international markets.The RoleYou will lead the delivery of high-profile corporate reporting mandates, advising listed and large private organisations on how to communicate their performance, strategy, and governance to stakeholders with clarity and impact.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of annual reports and integrated reports
  • Advise clients on corporate reporting best practices and disclosure frameworks
  • Manage sustainability and ESG reporting programmes
  • Provide strategic counsel on governance structures and reporting alignment
  • Interpret and apply stock exchange and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Lead client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Manage, mentor, and develop reporting and content specialists
  • Support business development and growth of the corporate reporting practice
Requirements
  • Senior Director-level experience within a corporate reporting or advisory environment
  • Proven track record leading annual and sustainability reporting programmes
  • Strong understanding of governance, regulatory, and stock exchange disclosure requirements
  • Experience operating within a service-line or consultancy structure
  • Background from specialist reporting or advisory firms highly relevant
  • Experience across GCC markets is a strong advantage
