- Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

- Provide strategic insights to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning
- A strong educational background, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in managing recruitment processes for a large organisation.
- Familiarity with data-driven approaches to talent management.
