Ideal Profile
  • American Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • Minimum 10 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in managing pediatric services in a hospital setting
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities
  • Familiarity with regional healthcare systems is an advantage
