Education: CPA or BSc in Accounts/FinanceJob Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups
- Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system
- Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches
- Maintain and update customer data and sales records
- Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation
- Handle basic customer queries and support requests
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / admin / back-office roles
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
