Position: Sales Coordinator - Tagalog Speaker (Female)
Job Location: Dubai
Candidate MUST be in UAE
Job type: Full time
Industry: Retail
Education: CPA or BSc in Accounts/FinanceJob Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups
  • Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system
  • Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates
  • Track order status and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches
  • Maintain and update customer data and sales records
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation
  • Handle basic customer queries and support requests
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / admin / back-office roles
  • UAE experience is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
