Sourcing ExecutiveJob Location : Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:
  • Explore and identify new manpower suppliers across various platforms in the UAE market
  • Approach and onboard potential agencies and manpower suppliers
  • Source blue-collar workers including helpers and skilled labor
  • Maintain and regularly update the supplier database
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on supplier acquisition and performance
  • Track onboarding progress and coordinate mobilization of workforce
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in manpower supply sourcing within the UAE (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and coordinate effectively
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • UAE Labour Law
  • Supplier sourcing and onboarding
  • Workforce mobilization processes
