FABRICATOR

• Perform cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal components for structural repairs or installations
• Use tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, and drills to prepare materials.
• Perform welding tasks on pipes, ducts, and other equipment using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ensure that all welds meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, API)
• Repair or replace damaged metal structures, pipelines, or equipment as per project requirements
• Perform all welding tasks using rope access techniques in compliance with IRATA standards.
• Ensure safe rigging, climbing, and positioning for welding tasks at height.
• Prepare surfaces for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and cutting materials to the required specifications.
• Ensure that surfaces are properly prepared to achieve strong and durable welds.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure that all welding activities comply with industry regulations, environmental guidelines, and client specifications.
• Maintain and clean welding tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Perform all tasks using rope access techniques in compliance with IRATA standards.

• IRATA Certification
• Minimum 1000 Rope Hour
• Strong communication in English.
• 2-3 Year Experience in Oil and Gas Industry Experience
• Ability to climb height using Rope Access technique.
