The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers to support the delivery of legal services. While the role does not involve providing legal advice, you will play a key part in advising on procedural matters and ensuring transactions and client workstreams run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneralDraft, review, and prepare a variety of legal documents, including correspondence, agreements, resolutions, and filingsConduct legal research and assist with due diligence processesMaintain accurate and well-organised client and matter filesLiaise with clients, external counsel, and professional stakeholdersSupport transaction management, including closings, checklists, and document compilationAssist with engagement letters, fee estimates, and internal documentationCoordinate document notarisation, certification, and legalisation processesContribute to business development activities, including pitches and marketing materialsWork with offshore offices and third-party providers on filings and corporate recordsSupport compliance processes, including client due diligenceInvestment FundsAssist with fund formation, registration, and de-registration processesPrepare draft constitutional documents and launch materialsDraft filings, declarations, and supporting documentationCorporateSupport private equity investments, M&A, and group reorganisationsAssist with corporate secretarial matters, including resolutions and statutory documentsDraft corporate documentation such as share transfers, consents, and resignationsConduct company and court searchesFinancePrepare first drafts of standard finance documents, including legal opinions and certificatesAssist with security documentation and related filingsManage closing checklists and support transaction executionDispute Resolution / IDRConduct legal research across statutes, case law, and regulatory materialsAssist with drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other litigation-related documentsCandidate ProfileLaw degree or equivalent paralegal qualificationExperience within a law firm or professional services environmentOffshore experience is advantageous but not essentialStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProactive, resilient, and able to work to tight deadlinesTeam-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyHigh level of integrity and discretionFOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Lucy Vincent
