  • Advise potential investors on the complete business setup process from initial inquiry through application submission until lease and license issuance
  • Act as the central consultancy contact for existing investors planning business expansion within the free zone
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to obtain approvals required for processing applications
  • Maintain a strong understanding of EZW services, processes, and free zone products to provide accurate client guidance
  • Process company setup applications and service requests efficiently while monitoring progress until licensing completion
  • Communicate with investors regarding pending documents, approvals, or signatures required for application processing
  • Track client appointments, sales activity, complaints, and status updates for management review and reporting
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments including licensing services, facility management, and lease administration
  • Coordinate with external authorities and regulatory entities to secure required approvals and clearances
  • Ensure documentation processes are completed within defined turnaround times and escalate delays when necessary
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports on completed sales, investor onboarding, and business development performance
  • Conduct outdoor sales activities and business meetings to acquire new external clients and increase free zone business registrations
  • Support business development initiatives that enhance investor satisfaction and improve the onboarding experience
Ideal Profile
  • Experience in business development, investor relations, or corporate sales within free zones or government services
  • Strong knowledge of company formation, licensing procedures, and regulatory requirements in free zones
  • Ability to build strong relationships with international investors and corporate clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client advisory and business acquisition
  • Strong coordination skills when working with internal departments and external authorities
  • Ability to manage multiple client applications and administrative processes efficiently
