This role leads the strategy, development, and scaling of AI and emerging technologies across the organisation.You will identify opportunities, build prototypes, and guide breakthrough solutions from concept to enterprise‑wide adoption.
  • Set and execute the enterprise strategy for Data, AI, shaping the long-term roadmap for the next decade.
  • Build the full-stack AI environment - GPUs, lakehouse, MDM, SLMs, vector databases, MLOps, and proprietary domain models.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of AI, automation and advanced analytics across retail, supply chain, customer, finance, and digital commerce.
  • Partner with leaders to identify high-value use cases, govern responsible AI, and drive measurable transformation.
  • Create and scale innovation engines, emerging tech pilots, AI/ML product teams, and enterprise-wide AI upskilling.
Lead the transformation to build the organisation's AI-powered futureIncubate, innovate and lead cutting-edge AI interventions.
  • 12 years' experience in Data, AI, machine learning, and emerging tech, with proven leadership running enterprise-scale AI programmes.
  • End-to-end expertise across AI lifecycle management, MLOps, GenAI, retrieval systems, vector search, and domain-specific LLMs/SLMs.
  • Demonstrated work in robotics, automation, or physical AI integration is a strong advantage.
  • Experience building or selling AI products, patents, start-up exposure, or launching proprietary AI models.
