  • Maintain updated knowledge of shopping mall facilities, services, stores, layouts, and promotional events to assist visitors effectively.
  • Support daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk in accordance with company service standards and procedures.
  • Provide customers with directions, store information, and details about mall events and promotional activities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in line with established service guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Coordinate with mall management and internal departments to resolve customer service issues.
  • Execute and manage the mall Gift Card program and related payment handling procedures.
  • Ensure all customer service activities comply with operational policies and service quality standards.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for mall visitors.
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience in a shopping mall, hospitality, or luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Familiarity with mall operations, retail environments, or hospitality service standards is an advantage.
