- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the kitchen station and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Participate in menu planning and development as required.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist in inventory control and stock management.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Chef de Partie or similar role with expertise in Continental Cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of continental culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Culinary certification or diploma is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
