Over 40,000 global brands and small businesses, including Amazon, Noon, IKEA, and SHEIN use Tabby to accelerate growth and gain loyal customers by offering easy and flexible payments online and in stores.Tabby generates over $14 billion in annual transaction volume for its partner brands and is the highest-rated, most-reviewed, largest, and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC region.Tabby launched in 2019 and has since raised +$1 billion in equity and debt funding from global and regional investors, and now has an implied valuation of $4.5 billion.About the RoleWe are looking for a Platform Product Manager to lead our KYB platform - a foundational capability powering onboarding, risk assessment, compliance for partner lifecycle across multiple products and markets.This role combines strong product leadership with deep technical involvement, platform mindset, and regulatory awareness. You will work at the intersection of Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Domain product teams to build scalable KYB processes used across the entire ecosystem.You will define reusable platform capabilities instead of one-off solutions, ensuring the system is reliable, compliant, and ready for multi-country scaling.What you will be doing
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for KYB platform components
  • Define and evolve platform vision and roadmap, transforming fragmented KYB solutions into scalable reusable platform services
  • Take full ownership of cross-functional delivery, leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and acting as the primary driver of execution for KYB platform outcomes
  • Ensure transparent, data-driven prioritization balancing business needs, technical constraints and regulatory requirements
  • Drive platform architecture decisions together with engineering teams and challenge solutions when needed
  • Design compliant and scalable KYB flows
  • Navigate multi-country contexts and regulatory frameworks to deliver compliant yet friction-minimal solutions
  • Identify automation opportunities and platform improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce manual work
What you will need
  • MUST: 4+ years of experience working on Platform or Technical products that required a strong understanding of architecture and concepts of system design
  • Core expertise:
  • Strong technical skills including system analysis, system architecture design, understanding of core platform design patterns
  • Strong experience in project management, delivering complex cross-team projects
  • Understanding of the current market state in UAE / KSA and best practices for KYB/KYC
  • Nice to have: prior experience as a Business analyst, System analyst or Project manager, combined with MUST experience in Product Management
  • Product & Project Management Skills
  • Problem identification, solution design, prioritization, and planning
  • Defining product vision and strategy, setting and tracking OKRs
  • Building metrics trees and defining key product metrics
  • Technical & Delivery Skills
  • Business and system analysis skills with a broad technical perspective
  • Strong project management skills
  • Practical, basic-level experience in data analysis and SQL to support product decision
  • General understanding of UI/UX principles and basic experience assessing UI/UX quality to identify weak patterns and raise relevant questions
  • Communication:
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (at least B2)
  • Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate vision, decisions, and trade-offs in C-level forums
