- Plan and optimise voyages in accordance with charter party terms and operational requirements
- Coordinate voyage logistics with vessel masters, chartering teams, port agents, and bunker suppliers
- Ensure compliance with voyage instructions, maritime safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage voyage-related costs including port disbursements, agency appointments, and bunker procurement
- Maintain strong communication with brokers, agents, and service providers
- Record and update voyage data and documentation using IMOS or similar operational systems
- Support sustainability initiatives by promoting fuel-efficient operational practices
- Identify operational improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with insurance teams on voyage incidents, claims, and P and I matters
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or related discipline
- Experience as a ship officer or in vessel operations is advantageous
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with IMOS or similar shipping systems is preferred
- Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
- Detail-focused with strong communication capabilities
