Graduates/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3-8 years of experience in Mechanical Quantity Surveying or MEP project cost control
Experience in building services, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems projectsRequirements:
Strong experience in mechanical quantity surveying within MEP/construction projects
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems
Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs
Experience in contract management, variations, and final accounts
Familiarity with project drawings and specifications
