B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
3-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP projects
Experience in cost estimation, billing, and project documentation preferredRequirements:
Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tendering
Good communication and negotiation skills
