- Oversee the company's fleet, including plant, machinery, and vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal downtime.
- Manage logistics planning, scheduling, and movement of equipment and materials to support project timelines.
- Implement and enforce maintenance schedules to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with UAE transport and RTA regulations.
- Supervise drivers, operators, and fleet staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, inspections, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with site teams to align fleet availability with project requirements.
- Monitor and control operational costs, implementing measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Utilize fleet management software to track performance, maintenance, and asset utilization.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transport or fleet management within PMV, construction, or heavy equipment industries.
- Strong understanding of UAE transport laws, RTA requirements, and compliance standards.
