- Plan and schedule logistics for equipment and material movement.
- Monitor cost control, efficiency, and budget adherence.
- Supervise drivers and operators while enforcing safety standards.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, service records, and compliance with RTA regulations.
- Coordinate with site teams to align operations with project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in fleet or transport management within construction, PMV, or heavy equipment sectors.
- Strong understanding of UAE transport laws and RTA requirements.
- Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office.
