Rail and Metro Stakeholder Engagement Director - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder management and engagement strategy across all project phases.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with government authorities, municipalities, transport regulators, and utility agencies.
• Act as the primary liaison between the rail project team and external stakeholders.
