Metro and Rail Infrastructure Design Director - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Direct the complete design development process for metro and railway infrastructure projects.
• Lead integration of civil, structural, geotechnical, MEP, tunneling, viaduct, and bridge design components.
• Oversee preparation and approval of concept, preliminary, and detailed engineering designs.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as AREMA, UIC, AASHTO, FIDIC, and UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, planners, and environmental consultants to maintain design alignment.
• Conduct technical reviews, feasibility assessments, and structured risk analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of station design, track systems, viaducts, bridges, and underground works.
• Strong expertise in EPCM and Design-Build project delivery models.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, BIM platforms, GIS, and structural analysis tools.
