  • Extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex procurement contracts and agreements.
  • Expertise in identifying and addressing potential risks and liabilities within contract terms.
  • Proficiency in managing contract amendments, renewals, and extensions.
  • Ability to ensure contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong skills in dispute resolution and contract enforcement.
· Supplier Management:
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and manage supplier contracts effectively.
· Compliance:
  • Ensuring adherence to procurement policies, regulations, and industry standards.
