- Review contract documents, technical drawings, specifications, and health and safety requirements including updates
- Ensure contractor compliance with project standards and approved documentation
- Maintain detailed daily records of manpower, equipment, and site resources
- Conduct site inspections and supervision as directed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer
- Liaise with contractors to monitor site progress, safety practices, and resource allocation
- Prepare daily inspection and progress reports covering work orders, deliveries, and inspection schedules
- Implement and follow up on site instructions issued by project management
- Enforce quality control procedures in accordance with approved Quality Management Systems
- Assist in survey checks, alignments, levels, and infrastructure measurements
- Monitor contractor QA and QC activities including materials testing and inspection records
- Support preparation of reports, correspondences, and project documentation
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions
- Monitor start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover activities ensuring proper documentation
- Conduct audit inspections to verify conformity with contract requirements and approved method statements
- Ensure compliance with RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other relevant authority standards
- Promote strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in roads and structural infrastructure projects
- At least 3 years of UAE experience preferred
- Experience working on RTA or major transportation projects
- Strong understanding of QA and QC systems and authority compliance
- RTA approval preferred
