- Maintain records of office equipment and track maintenance or service schedules
- Support preparation of budget-related data and recurring administrative reports
- Assist in coordinating office space, equipment requests, and directory updates
- Prepare occupancy and staffing reports for departments or projects when required
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, typing, and document handling
- Support team operations and contribute to meeting deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Good organizational and interpersonal abilities
