Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QS to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and measurement, with exposure to Civil and/or MEP works. The successful candidate will support commercial activities, ensuring accurate cost control, measurement, and project financial management.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and managing project cost estimates and budgets
Perform quantity take-offs and measurement for Civil and/or MEP works
Support contract administration, including variations and claims
Monitor project costs and track financial performance against budgets
Prepare interim valuations, invoices, and cost reports
Liaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliers on commercial matters
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all commercial activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial roles
Strong knowledge of measurement and cost estimation (Civil and/or MEP)
Familiarity with standard forms of contracts
Good analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of QS software is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to UAE construction projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
