5-6 years of experience in kitchen operations with leadership role
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or large-scale catering operations
Strong experience in managing kitchen operations and culinary teams
Expertise in multiple cuisines and menu planning
Ability to maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
