JPC - 4526 - GL Financial Analyst

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial trends.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data.
• Analyze financial transactions and suggest process improvements.
• Work closely with external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial analysis, preferably in the entertainment, media, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial management.
