The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales operation by ensuring timely vehicle invoicing, registrations, PDI coordination, and smooth end to end sales administration. With increasing monthly sales volumes, this role is key to maintaining operational efficiency, reducing delays, and improving overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales, aftersales, and internal stakeholders to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery and all processes are completed accurately and on time.What You Will Do
- Complete vehicle invoicing efficiently using SAP IS Auto.
- Coordinate motorcycle and vehicle movements between warehouses and service centres.
- Manage vehicle registrations through official government portals.
- Ensure all VCCs are received, segregated, and prepared for invoicing.
- Coordinate PDI readiness and delivery scheduling for customers.
- Issue gate passes and liaise with aftersales supervisors to avoid operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate stock, invoice, and monthly reporting through SAP.
- Support showroom administration, including demonstrator fleet management and vehicle display matrix.
- Ensure safe keeping, quality checks, and documentation compliance prior to vehicle handover.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to meet customer expectations and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company SOPs, QHSE policies, and safety standards at all times.
- Strong English communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong coordination and follow up skills in a fast paced environment.
- Basic understanding of IT systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
You will be part of a high volume automotive sales operation, working closely with sales, aftersales, operations, and internal support teams. The team is focused on delivering seamless sales execution, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience across the sales and delivery journey.What Equips You for the Role
