- Provide administration support to the sales team by assisting with sales activities, paperwork, proposals, quotations, tenders and bids for optimum sales results
- Support sales staff on adding information on system and requesting relevant samples from Lab Coordinate and communicate effectively between the Sales Manager, sales personnel and other internal stakeholders
- Convey any received external inquiries and information to the team
- Coordinate with Customer Service Department on price variations, customer inquiries and assist in updating the system price list Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.
