I2P Accountant Payroll and SAP Finance - Al Futtaim Group FSSC - Dubai, UAE

• Manage payroll accounting activities including GL reconciliation and adjustment entries.
• Generate and consolidate employee loan reports for analytics and reporting purposes.
• Process travel settlements, final settlements, government pension payments, and Emirati car loan mortgage requests.
• Coordinate payroll fund transfers and liaise with treasury for funding arrangements.
• Upload payroll files to bank portals and follow up with signatories for approvals.
• Reconcile salary payable accounts to ensure zero balance before book closing.
• Handle employee related payments outside standard payroll cycles.
• Verify salary disbursements via bank statements and coordinate reprocessing of rejected payments.
• Process employee provision transfers between entities in case of internal movement.
• Respond to HR, audit, business unit, and employee payroll queries.
• Drive process standardization and improvement initiatives within the FSSC payroll function.

• 3 to 5 years of payroll accounting experience within large organizations or shared service centers.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP payroll and finance modules.
• Experience in GL reconciliation, payroll reporting, and compliance controls.
• Ability to manage high volume payroll transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with HR, treasury, and business units.
