- Support the Resident Engineer in administering and managing multiple construction contract packages
- Monitor contractor progress, manpower, equipment deployment, and material usage against approved schedules
- Ensure full compliance with contract specifications, technical drawings, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate between contractors, consultants, client representatives, and local authorities
- Enforce site safety standards and issue corrective instructions where necessary
- Attend progress meetings, identify project constraints, and recommend mitigation measures
- Review technical submittals and specialist documentation to ensure contractual alignment
- Oversee site supervision activities to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Assist in preparing site instructions, directions, and final project acceptance documentation
- Perform additional engineering duties in line with project requirements and professional standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 8 to 14 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision projects
- Master's degree in Engineering is advantageous
- Professional Engineering certification preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE project experience is mandatory
- RTA or Dubai Municipality approval required
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, contract management, and infrastructure standards
