- Conduct daily inspections of equipment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
- Support energy conservation initiatives and cost-saving maintenance practices
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required
