The CAD Senior Specialist provides in-house expertise in AutoCAD and 3D visualization, supporting Design Managers through detailed drawings, models, renders, and presentation materials. The role ensures consistency, accuracy, and quality across all design documentation while coordinating closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate AutoCAD drawings across all project stages, converting design concepts and sketches into standardized CAD documentation
  • Manage drawing libraries, CAD standards, layers, and blocks to ensure consistency across deliverables
  • Review consultant and contractor shop drawings, incorporate mark-ups, and ensure alignment with approved design intent
  • Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, visuals, and walkthroughs to support design reviews and approvals
  • Support preparation of presentation boards, diagrams, axonometric views, and visual materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to reflect functional, technical, and authority requirements in drawings
  • Ensure quality control by verifying dimensions, annotations, and compliance with standards
  • Stay updated on emerging digital, visualization, and AI-enabled tools to support continuous improvement of CAD workflows
Ideal Profile
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in CAD drafting and 3D visualization within leisure, entertainment, retail, or cinema projects
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD including 2D and 3D drafting, layering, Xrefs, and drawing management
  • Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering using tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion, or Lumion
  • Proven experience with detailed fit-out drawings, joinery details, and technical coordination
  • Exposure to GCC projects and mall or landlord submission processes is an advantage
