The Administrative Executive plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency by supporting internal systems, financial processes, and cross-functional coordination. The role contributes to smooth daily business operations and enhances both customer and employee experiences across multiple automotive brands.Key Responsibilities
- Support user acceptance testing activities for sales systems and troubleshoot SAP-related issues
- Handle invoicing processes, pricing updates, discount configurations, and showroom support during staff absence
- Manage procurement requests and asset requisitions for various departments including sales, marketing, and facilities
- Process invoice corrections, recoveries, and adjustments related to showroom and aftersales transactions
- Maintain accurate employee alignment with cost centres and support manpower requisitions and HR coordination
- Assist with campaign setup, reporting, and administrative tracking for business operations
- Coordinate with network and real estate teams for facility setup, compliance, and maintenance requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and administrative support across all operational activities
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support or retail operations environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred with strong understanding of business processes
- Experience using SAP, Ariba P2P, and Microsoft Excel is advantageous
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment
- Effective communication skills with ability to coordinate across departments
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and accountability
