This role acts as the key link between customers and workshop teams, ensuring clear communication, efficient service execution, and adherence to timelines and cost estimates. It directly impacts customer satisfaction, service revenue, and operational efficiency within aftersales operations.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and workshop teams, ensuring clear communication of service requirements
- Prepare service quotations and obtain customer approvals before initiating work
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate execution of service jobs and updates on job status
- Monitor job progress and ensure adherence to time and cost estimates
- Follow up on outstanding payments and close work orders promptly upon completion
- Promote additional services, preventive maintenance, and service contracts to increase revenue
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts and coordinate with supply teams
- Perform billing activities and clearly explain invoices and completed work to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure no pending work in progress cases
- Achieve service targets including job card completion and customer satisfaction metrics
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and workshop operations
- Understanding of diesel engines, electrical systems, and spare parts management
- Familiarity with warranty policies, service guidelines, and fault codes
- Experience using SAP, ARIBA, CRM, or dealership management systems
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
