- Maximize hotel RevPAR through strategic inventory control, rate management, and distribution channel optimization
- Analyze booking patterns, demand forecasts, market trends, and competitive set performance to guide pricing strategy
- Monitor transient, group, and tour booking pace to determine availability and yield controls
- Implement corporate and property pricing strategies across all reservation systems and digital platforms
- Maintain rate integrity to protect long-term customer value and brand positioning
- Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align revenue and yield principles
- Lead weekly revenue management meetings in line with brand standards
- Audit GDS, brand websites, and third-party channels to ensure accurate rates and content
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term revenue forecasting initiatives
- Provide training on upselling techniques and revenue optimization practices to operational teams
- Minimum five years of full-time experience in revenue management within hospitality or a comparable industry
- Exposure to luxury hotel operations and high-end clientele management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent numerical reasoning and financial interpretation skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Proficiency in PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, channel management systems, and advanced Excel
- Deep understanding of pricing strategy, market intelligence, and digital distribution platforms
